Permit to Stay
We guide you through every stage of the Italian permesso di soggiorno process — from your first application after arrival to long-term residency. Whether you've just landed or need to renew, our team handles the paperwork so you can focus on settling in.
Every case is different. We assess your permit type, deadlines, and documentation, fill the forms on your behalf and guide you in the process from start to finish.
For Newcomers & First-Time Applicants
Just arrived in Italy? You have 8 working days to submit your permit application. We prepare your complete documentation kit, accompany you to the post office, and coordinate your Questura appointment on your behalf.
For Current Permit Holders
Is your permit expiring? We manage your renewal application well in advance to guarantee continuity of your legal status — no gaps, no last-minute stress. We track timelines and follow up with the Questura on your behalf.
For the EU Long-Period Permit
After 5 continuous years of legal residence in Italy, you may apply for the Permesso di Lungo Periodo UE — valid for 10 years and granting the strongest rights available to non-EU nationals, including freedom to work and move within the Schengen area.
For Complex & Special Cases
Changing your permit type or bringing family members to Italy? These are among the most document-intensive processes in Italian immigration. Our specialists manage the full procedure, from the Nulla Osta application to the final permit issuance.
